Myra Goodman Smith has over four decades of experience in executive and governance leadership within the nonprofit community. She has built a broad network of diverse leaders across the for-profit, nonprofit, and public sectors, which helps create connections and increase access to resources. Myra has successfully recruited and developed high-performing boards and staff teams, establishing sustainable infrastructure for both small and large nonprofit organizations. Additionally, she draws on her extensive experience in advising and teaching leadership and governance, as well as her firsthand roles as a nonprofit CEO and Board Chair, to provide practical insights.
